By downloading, installing, or accessing the Bluboy mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these rules, you must immediately uninstall the application and cease accessing our services.

1. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to register an account on the Bluboy platform. Accounts require a valid mobile phone number and OTP verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and registered account credentials.

2. Rules of Conduct

To keep Bluboy a clean, fair, and fun gaming environment, you agree to:

Refrain from choosing vulgar, offensive, or copyright-infringing usernames.
Avoid using bots, macro-scripts, emulators, or cheat mechanisms to inflate game scores.
Refrain from hacking or attempting to disrupt the server, database, or network.

Violators will face immediate account warnings, suspensions, or permanent database bans at the sole discretion of our team.

3. Intellectual Property

All visual interfaces, game assets, source code, game logic, brands, logos, and mascots rendered on the website and app are the exclusive intellectual property of Bluboy Entertainments, Inc. No elements may be copied, reverse-engineered, or distributed without official authorization.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Bluboy services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of latency during peak tournament hours. In no event shall Bluboy Entertainments, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime or loss of game scores.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
